I've seen Arcee have it out with Starscream in "Partners" and BOY did sparks fly when those two fought. Even when Starscream was cuffed, he was no push over. What Starscream lacked in courage he makes up for with deception. "It's right in the name." In the end Arcree won, but couldn't kill Starscream; especially with what she would've become if she had.
